The patronal festivities of Saint Peter the Apostle in San Pedro (Albacete) are held from 26 to 30 June, and are the leading event of the local summer. The municipality's co-patron is the Virgen del Pilar, whose October festivities were added to the festive calendar in the late 20th century; traditions such as Jueves Lardero (Fat Thursday) and Carnival are also celebrated.
