Pilgrimage that carries the image of the Virgen del Turruchel, patroness of Bienservida, in the region of the Sierra de Alcaraz and Campo de Montiel (Albacete), from the village to its sanctuary, where it remains until August. It is held on the third Sunday of May. According to tradition, the image, in Byzantine style, dressed in blue with the Child dressed in red and holding a bunch of roses, was found by a farmer whose plough stumbled and startled his mules; in her honour, the people of Bienservida built a hermitage, located about 8 kilometres from the town centre, on the other side of the N-322 road.
