Piedra Agujereá (Pierced Rock)

Nature · Caudete, Monte Ibérico-Corredor de Almansa, Albacete

Perforated limestone formation located at the highest point of the Toconera, at about 722 metres above sea level, one of the most recognisable natural landmarks of the Caudete landscape. Its shape, with the hollow that gives it its name, is the work of water and wind erosion on the rock over time.
