August festivals in honour of San Roque, held from the 14th to the 21st of that month and including literary contests and the traditional corrida de la palma. Highlights include the floral games, a poetic and literary event that is the high point of the festivities, as well as sporting, musical and bullfighting activities that round out the festive programme.
