Fuente-Álamo's Gazpacho Day, also known as the Dance of the Gazpachos, is held every 14 August around a popular gazpachada considered the largest in the province of Albacete. The gathering brings together residents and visitors for the tasting of gazpachos manchegos, a traditional dish of the Campos de Hellín district.
