El Buste, at around 750 metres of altitude and crossed by the Camino de Santiago entering from Soria, is documented since 1382 as a hamlet of Tarazona. Its church of the Inmaculada Concepción, of Romanesque origin, was remodelled in the Renaissance and Baroque periods.
