Ternasco lamb of the Tabuenca mountains

The scrubland pastures of the eastern sector of the comarca sustain the sheep farming that supplies the Ternasco de Aragón indication. The lamb is prepared roasted in the oven, in chilindrón or over embers, and is usually accompanied by garnacha from the area itself.
