The ravines and holm-oak scrub of the sierra de la Virgen and the upper Isuela give in autumn saffron milk caps, king trumpets and boletus, which are cooked sautéed with garlic or accompanying meats. The gathering attracts enthusiasts from Zaragoza and from around the Moncayo.
