Purujosa's winter festival is held in a village amid the ravines and holm-oak woods of the sierra de la Virgen and the upper Isuela, which in autumn yield saffron milk caps, oyster mushrooms and boletus much sought after by enthusiasts from Zaragoza and the Moncayo.
