Patronal festivities of Fortanete in honour of Saint Christopher, the village's patron, with a fair on Saint Lawrence's day, 10 August. According to Madoz's nineteenth-century geographical dictionary, shopkeepers selling food and clothing goods would come to this fair, evidence of the commercial importance it historically held for the town.
