Saffron milk caps of the Jiloca mountains

The pine and Pyrenean oak woods of the comarca give abundant rebollones in autumn, the local name for the saffron milk cap. They are eaten grilled over embers with garlic and parsley or scrambled with egg, and attract gatherers from all over the province during the season.
