Church of Jatiel Monument · Jatiel, Bajo Martín, Teruel The parish church of the Purísima Concepción de Jatiel already existed by the mid-19th century, when Pascual Madoz's geographical dictionary described it together with the town hall and the village jail. The curacy belonged to the Order of Saint John, whose appointment was the prerogative of the Infante don Francisco as Grand Castellan of the order.
