Los Olmos, a small municipality of the Teruel Bajo Aragón, celebrates its fiestas mayores in honor of San Salvador on 6 August. Reconquered in the 12th century and passed under the dominion of the Order of Calatrava, it suffered a pillaging during the Civil War that destroyed much of its historical documentation.
