The patronal festivities of Almudévar are celebrated from 7 to 12 September in honor of the Virgen de la Corona, with fixed dates since 1981. They have been declared a Fiesta de Interés Turístico Regional (Festival of Regional Tourist Interest), and their most notable events are the Bajada y Subida de la Virgen (Bringing Down and Taking Up of the Virgin) and the Rondas del Farolico y la Galera.
