Popular patron saint festivals in honor of the Virgen de las Angustias: they begin on the 15th with a procession of the Virgin, Saint Sebastian, and the Christ Child, followed by night verbenas and fireworks. In recent years the tradition of threshing has been revived as part of the celebrations.
