Thermal waters of Cerro Jabalcón used since Roman times; the old spa operated until 1985, when it was replaced by modern facilities. Jabalcón itself is a paragliding launch point, and its Roman thermal remains were partly submerged beneath the waters of the Negratín reservoir.
